For added safety during travel and carry-on, the battery poles are located on the same end - this allows you to flip the battery to eliminate the possibility of switching on the lamp unintentionally in your bag or luggage!
Note: When receiving your new Noctia headlamp, the battery needs to be flipped right way in before use.
